These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lifeline, a macOS app developed by Saent Holding Ltd. ("us," "we," or "our"). By using Lifeline, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our app.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Lifeline for your personal, non-commercial purposes on macOS devices that you own or control.

We may update Lifeline from time to time, which may include adding, modifying, or discontinuing features. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any updates or to continue providing any specific feature. You also agree that all updates will be subject to these Terms.
All rights, title, and interest in and to Lifeline, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Saent Holding Ltd. or our licensors.
Lifeline may integrate with third-party services. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service providers.
Lifeline is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Lifeline, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saent Holding Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Lifeline or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiations, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will inform you of any significant changes through in-app notifications, email, or on our website at https://saent.com. Your continued use of Lifeline after the changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
