Some users are experiencing a server error when trying to login to the Saent desktop software. It’s caused by an expired and invalid SSL certificate which we’ve been unable to restore over the past weeks. We’re now working to remove the SSL authentication altogether, at least as a temporary fix for the login problem. We hope to complete this in the coming one to two weeks and will update you here and on our social media when this is done. You can also shortly expect another upcoming blog post with more info on what we’re working on, and why it’s currently taking us so long to fix things and respond to inquiries. Thanks a lot for your patience and continued support. - Team Saent
